The cartridge reservoir can be filled with liquid ink or left over sumi by squeezing the sides of the brush body, inserting the absorbent top into a pool of ink, and releasing. Once your cartridge is filled, simply reattach the durable, nylon filament tip.
This product gives you the actual feel of a brush, producing stokes almost indistinguishable from those made with a fine brush. The small brush is perfect for haiku, the medium tip is perfect for practicing calligraphy on the go, and the large brush allows you to create delicate sumi-e works as if you were in the studio.
